Professional Liability

While Kulathinal Rubber Estate Management applies industry-standard best practices — including the monthly care plans, fertilisation schedules, and pest management procedures documented on this site — we are not liable for yield outcomes arising from natural disasters, extreme weather events, plant disease epidemics, or any cause beyond our reasonable operational control.
